Before the first dose
- What the label says: the name, the amount in the vial or pen, the lot number and the expiry date.
- If a powder needs to be reconstituted: how much water was added and on which date. The reconstitution calculator turns that into units on a U-100 syringe.
- The schedule your clinician gave you: the days, the times and any planned breaks.
At every dose
In PepLabo this is two taps: Log dose, then the site on the body map. Missed or late doses can be added to history with the right time.
- The time and the amount, exactly as prescribed.
- The injection site, so the next one can go somewhere that has rested.
- Anything you noticed, in a few words.
Every day
- Sleep, water and meals. Small, regular notes are more useful than long, occasional ones.
- Weight, if it is part of why you started. Once a day at a similar time keeps the trend readable.
- Side effects, with the date and how strong they felt.
Every week
PepLabo shows the weekly grid, a site heat map and the doses left in each vial without any extra work.
- How many planned doses were logged on time.
- Which injection sites were used, and how often.
- How much is left in each vial, so a new one is ready before the old one runs out.
When to talk to your clinician
Bring your notes to every appointment. Ask your clinician before changing anything, and contact them about missed doses, side effects that worry you or anything unexpected. A PDF report of your history (Pro) makes this easier.
